we live in a society for 6 yrs builder has not done saledeed and completion yet now he is forcefully trying to occupy basement.in our plan parking and basement is shown difeerently but the pcntda authorities are not able to decide that whom does the basement belong to.and even they say that builder can have any time to take compleltion certificate no one can compel him for this there is no rule regarding this what can be done
