I have purchased a property and since the time I brought it. It was claimed by forest depart and one individual person. All these I have informed my vendor, instead of solving the issue they have distance them self and not responding. In the latest BBMP has filled a application in court about this property. It is quite clear that property is claimed by BBMP.This is cheating and now vendor is resfusing to refund my money.
Please let me know what to do.
