Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Arun Kumar. I was working with SSK InfoTech Pvt. Ltd Gurgaon Haryana till September 28, 2012. At the time of resignation, 10 days of notice period is to be given our end. I had completed all the formalities related to resignation as per the company policy rules mention in appointment Letter, but still date i have no receive Full & final salary of September month. I have also mailed regarding this to the HR Head,CEO, Manager, however he also seems to be less care-full about the matter. The total amount which I should get is nearly Rs. 15,000, however I don’t have clue if it will be paid or not and if whom to contact in the company who can take this responsibly.
