Consumer Redressal

I would like complain against CPP Assistance services gurgaon India. My name is Jeevan and my Memebership ID with CPP is IA0438074. 1. I was using there services since May june 12. 2. They promise to send kit but did not send till year end. 3. for this year they renew my service with out any intimation. 4. They deduct amount 1680 from SBI credit card account with out confirming any thing with me. 5. when got message from my bank I called CPP customer care they told I will send you kit within a week if you not like I will refund your amount. 6. I did not get any kit even in 3 weeks. 7. I called back to them on 25 July then they told kit already delivered but I did not get. 8. when I ask how without intimation you renew than He (mr. Anuj gorgaon CC Executive) told me that Sarita Dhawal from CPP has called you on 4 June 13 and took you bank detail from you but I am 100% sure I h=never get a call from CPP for the same and I never share any card information with any one. Please needful.
