Dear Sir, I Purchased a motor pump (Model No. Challenger-II, Serial No. : V-12051155) of 1 H.P. from a Vendor to be known as Surjit Kumar Singh who running his business in the name and style of M/s. S.K. Motor Pump, having address at RZ-150, Main Road, Mangolpur Khurd, Delhi-110083 have mobile nos. 09811060305, 9212280305, vide Invoice /Bill No. 214 by paying Rs. 4,200/- on 1st day of August, 2012. Sir during the time of purchase the said Motor Pump Vendor i.e. Mr. Surjit Kumar Singh informed me that “Bhaisaab ye company ki motor hai aur iska price company ne decide kiya hai… rupay 4200/- ki ha….agar koyee problem aaye…..ya pani na uthaiye….to hum baithe hein ….. aur 5 saal ki warranty hai company ki…… aap chinta mat karo le jaao….” . Sir as per assurance of the said Motor Vendor I purchased the said motor and installed the same at my house B-A/16, 2nd Floor, Sector -3, Rohini, Delhi with the help of the plumber. Sir, as per my daily requirement I stored the water in my water tank with the help of motor. But, I was very surprised when I saw that the said new motor pump is not working properly and not able to picks up the water supply pressure upto my water supply tank for STORAGE OF WATER, due to this I am very tensed and upset. That day I faced water problem and I told the situation to the Vendor. The vendor assured me that I will change the same… But the vendor can’t do anything and not helps to me. After few days I visited again to the vendor’s shop and asked about my complaint , he reply’s that : ho jayega…… thoda time lagega….agar zaldi hai to company mein complaint karo…. I am very shocked to hear his words….. anyway I requested to him sir this is not fair, please solve my problem otherwise I will go to the consumer court….. he rudely told me that …”consumer court kya kar lega hamara…ja kar de complaint…..nahi karenge change…….. Now sir, I am very upset still my complaint is pending when I contact to the company(manufacturer) they exposed the actual price of the said motor is Rs. 2,900/- and the reprehensive of the company also describe that the said person Mr. Sujit kumar cheated many people on our behalf , we will try to refund your excess amount . But still today my complaint is pending and no one helps me in this matter , regarding this I lodged a FIR against the said vendor in nearest police station (Vijay Vihar) to solve the my problem. But regret to say that yet no action has been taken in this matter. I am suffering from water problem, and the rudely behavior he abusing me instead of solving my problem, due to this I am very depress , He mentally harass me . Now I am requesting you to kindly lodge a case against the said cheater person Mr. Sujit Singh under IPC Act 420 ( takes excess money from me Rs. 4,200/- instead of real price : Rs. 2,900/) . How can a Vendor cheated a customer and collect the excess money at the time of purchase . I shall be thankful if you can kindly look into my complaint and guide me in this aspect at the earliest.
