I have taken a policy(Policy number:16481329 last year from Icici Prudential. But your ICICI Prudential executive Miss-Committed me they have cheated me. At the time when i have taken the Policy from you at that point of time he told me that till 7 years from the date of joining in policy i have to pay the premium and after completing 7 Years policy will get mature at the same time i\'ll get the amount of Rs. 1084000/- but when i got the bond papers I was shocked that this policy will get mature only after 15 years and if i withdraw my money after 7 years i\'ll be in big loss. And one thing more your executive mis committed me that only first year I have to pay full premium of Policy in one shot and after that it will get automatically convert into monthly basis but unfortunately after following so many times to your Executive,Local branch and your customer care no one respond me.U all guys are fraud. Your executive Miss committed me and Miss Sell the policy this is a completelychea
