Complaint for not been settled PF & EPS claim up to till date six months passed in respect of Sri Jagadish Pramanick, bearing EPF A/c. No.WB/CAL/250/608 and FPF A/c.No.WB/CAL/250/55 & Claim ID: WBCAL130200001815 Claim Form 19 for PF settlement and Claim ID: WBCAL130200001820 Claim Form 10C for withdrawal benefit, both Dt.05.02.2013 & Grievance Registration No.ROKKT/E/2013/00421 & 00614.With reference to above said Grievance Registration No.ROKKT/E/2013/00421 Details of your Final Reply was: - F/19 in respect of WB/250/608 has been received and under scrutiny and Grievance Registration No.ROKKT/E/2013/00614 Details of your Final Reply was:-Consequent upon cancellation of exemption, the past accumulation has not yet been transferred to EPFO and claim can not be processed until and unless the PA is transferred and accounted for. But on 14.06.2013 Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch and on 17.06.2013 Claim Form 19 has been rejected.
