Consumer Redressal

I have bought a voucher from groupon in exchange of Rs 2250 for hair straightning or smoothning at trends n style beauty salon at jadavpur.i did my service at 16 july 2013.after maintainance of 3days i washed my hair at parlour only.but after when i washed my hair at home i m not getting the effect of straightning.my hair got wavy in back.n it is not proper straight.when i went to parlour with my complain they simply ignore me.n said dis happen because of my fault.bt bin past i did straightning for 2times.so i have an idea to maintain.past when i did my straightning that was awesomely done.they did poor service.in future i never go to this salon.i just want my money back
