I have taken a permanent hair removal package from Eleganza D 8 south extension part II New Delhi on 26 May 12 for Rs 12000, which I have paid vide receipt No 10164 . Till now evev after 8 sittings there is no improvement . I have even given a written complaint addressed to Dr Malik ( Proprietor of the firm ) but no action has been taken . I req either my complete fee of Rs 12000 with interest been refunded to me at the earliest.
