Consumer Redressal

dear Sir/madam, i am a resident of silver spring. On 17th of this month i have ordered few burgers from the MC DONALD\'S at around 9: 30 pm. i gave the order via phone and asked them to deliver at my place and they asked for 20-25 minutes to deliver and i agreed. After some impatient 45 minutes the Mc. donald people called and said they cannot deliver my order to my place as my address does not come under ther reach then i requeted the person to deliver me the order as i was not informed earlier and it was already 10:30 and i can\'t manage any food on my own. after this i again received a call and that person asked me to come to some place and collect my order, on this i replied that i am new to this city and i stay alone and can\'t reach there and requested them to deliver at my place for the first and the last time and inform prior to taking orders about their areas where they can reach to. on this the person asked me to wait for a call and till date i did not receive any call.
