I had bought a ground floor E-56 in ABW Aditya Niketan, Manesar, 2 years ago. Till date the construction for the same has not been started. There is a case with Civil Writ Petition bearing No. 23769 of 2011 titled “ Om Prakash & others Vs State of Haryana and others” pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and the dates keep extending again and again.
