I applied for to get sc certificate on dated:22/4/2014 at dabgram gp.Till date Iwill not get sc certificate.kindly let us know behind the fact to happend.Please intimate as early as possible due to it is more then 2 years running.In this regard I mentioned your letter memo number-197 dated 22/4/2014.
