Consumer Redressal

Am filing this case to inform about the most bitter experience i have faced form the State Bank Of India (SBI)(VILANGAN branch Thrissur Branch Code :- 008693, ph-0487-2307310, 2309656, 2309657). I have contacted personally my nearest branch of State bank to start a current account for the purpose of Income tax return, but the bank official informed me it is not possible, because of I have already a current account in other bank. I inquired whether is it possible to start an account since no other bank can be used for tax return. Actually there is an option to start the account and I approached them second time and the manager said me that we don\'t have time to open account for your silly matters, there is huge applications are pending, and mocked me.I think this behavior is such a bad attitude of the manager.Kindly check this issue and do the wanted for me…
