Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam I am Rahul Ahire. I bought mobile samsung S duos on 14th may 2013. on 5th july i gave it to repairing in samsung service center. people from service center told me that they need to replace its motherboard. they told me that it will be ready on 10th july today is 16th july and its still repaired. i called to center and ask they answered me that mother board is not deliver to them yet. as per my knowledge samsung service center is in Bhiwandi Dist. Thane. i am in Andheri, Mumbai i tried to get info about warehouse but they denie to give any info to me. Pl help me Rahul
