IDBI ,Guwahati branch(main) sanctioned me home loan on Nov\'2011 an amount of Rs 24 lakh.(loan A/C-0136675100007665 ) and disbursed , ROI (rate of interest) floating 11.75% at that time.
EMI deducted from savings A/C-0136104000069304 of said bank.
An amount of Rs 5 lakh made repayment on 16.03.2013 and then outstanding balance Rs 14 lakh.
As RBI reduced ROI for home loan then I have submitted an application in the said branch on dt. 20.03.13 for conversion rate of interest . And it has been done ROI 10.25% after deduction of Rs 13,483/- on dt 05.04.13 as service charge. Requested for refund several times but result negative.
