I have purchased 1 tone vltas AC from reliance digital (Ambiance Mall) Gurgaon on 12th June 2013. After one month i faced no cooling problem in AC. Regarding this i logged complain in voltas customer care on 10th July 2013. They provide me a complain no. 13JL1002227 and assure me that your complain will resolve in 24 working hours.I am daily taking followup to voltas customer care but nothing good happen apart giving me daily assurance that your problem will resolve today..
I request to consumer court please help me in this matter. I will be realy very thank full to you.
