Purchased Mobile from Ebay made payment through Creditdcad. Mobile was defective same was informed to Ebay. Same mobile was returned to ebay.they promised to refund full amount.refund was approved from Ebay on 15th Jan 2016,they saide will reflect in account after 6 to 8 working days. till date no refund has been given. several mails and call had been done to EBAY they say refund has been given. Transaction id given for refund bay ebay does not show any transaction in my account.
Kindly help me out of this.
