I have given my Xolo X900 handset for service to LAVA International Ltd, They have the policy of getting handset serviced within 5 working days, But it has been mare than 10 days now & i haven\'t got my handset back repaired, Whenever i call customer care they say my handset status will be updated in next 48 hours but nothing happens, My complaint number is 310000076051, I request you to look into the matter & provide me help in any way possible
