Consumer Redressal

This is regarding my warrantied Bajaj Icx 6 Cooker for it I am fed up complaining customer care as well as one local Mr. Hari Krishna and to no avail. The same problem of heater not getting on occurred several days back and one service boy came and without looking into problem details he straight away replaced its new IC with one god forgotten old one and as soon as he went the problem repeated , heater refused to on and what happened after I wrote above to you. Now I don\'t know whom to call as against two days promised by your customer care and excellent service standards as per your vision document nothing happened . Your web site doesn\'t have an option for consumer complaints redressal and nobody seems bothered. This is when the product is warrantied.
