Hi, We have buy 2 tickets of a movie from the PVR ticket counter present at MGF Metopolition Mall in Gurgaon Haryana. We asked the ticket for the show timing 11:55pm. He gave us the ticket for Rs. 600. We wait in the mall for the show time, but when we checked the ticket at 11.30pm, the time mentioned on the ticket was 10:55 pm . we go to the ticket counter for this and discuss the same with the manager Mr. Pawan Sharma. He told us, there is no solution for this issue and we can leave. We requested to him to issue ticket for the next show. But he rejected. Now, we are on the stage where we have loose Rs. 600 and wasted our 3 hours. We have the parking slip from 9 pm to 12.16 pm as well as the show tickets. Please take the needful action and provide us the right justice. Vande Mataram.
