I ordered the TATA SWACH product on 4th June, 2013 and still didn\'t get back any response, though I raised 6 complain requests and called and mailed to Tata swach team, number of times, only to get the same old reply to wait to receive the product. However, it\'s already 1 and half month I\'m waiting to get this single product for which I already paid Rs. 949/-.

Customer care team never let me escalate the call to connect to their supervisor nor they confirmed the office address of Tata Swach in Pune. Hence, I couldn\'t go to their office to know the status of the order.
