hi I have been using dish tv since the last 3 months n recently I changed my residence so I had called the cc to send somebbdy for installation but the appointed technician refused to come and one month later I faced a severe problem with my set top box for which I again contacted the customer care they said a technician would come to resolve the issue but like always the technician made reasons and refused to come. It is regretful that they provide sucha poor service inspite of maki9ng almost 50 calls in 2 days to the customer care I still have not received any help from their end.they are oonly fooling the customers to purchase their product but fail to provide any help when the customer needs it . Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
