I online order 1 pc micromax funbook model no. p360 worth rs. 6999 (order no.107000) on date 25/6/2013. next day date 26/6/2013 I cancel the order thru mail due to some reason. micromax reply me your order is canceled and your amount will be refund with in 7 working days. but my amount not refund till date. I Inspite of frequent followup via mail and customer care but no one give me the right solution. pls help me
