Consumer Redressal

Recently I purchased a 4GB DDR3 RAM from RAJASTHAN STANMART,SHOP NO.7 SURYADEEP BUILDING, WAZIRPUR COMPLEX, DELHI-52. Due to my system\'s incompatibility I at once went to the shop & got it replaced with two 2GB DDR3 SIMMTRONICS RAM. When I asked for the bill, the shopkeeper asked me to get the bill the next day. When I approached the next day, he refused to give the bill & asked to come again after 2-3 days. When contacted on phone, they ignored my complaint & did not make the bill. Then, I warned them to move to the Consumer Forum, even after which there was no effect. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank You
