My laptop service tag HZSW6BS stopped working.
on contacting \"Apex systems New Delhi- 9871649411\" Dell authorised service provider at Delhi India
he has replaced motherboard on payment of Rs 8200/-.on 23rd June\'13.
However he has taken back old motherboard on pretext that as per dell policy old part is to be taken back.
please advice as what apex systems is telling is dell policy that old part is taken back.
if not, then my old mother board should be returned back and suitable action taken against apex systems new delhi.
shall be grateful for response with action taken.
copy of Apex system service report attached for ready reference please.
