Dear sir / Mam
We purchase a flat in gurgaon through a broker jagah realty Pvt Ltd . At that time broker provide discount of 2% . 1.5% discount adjusted at papers same time and for .5% he provide me credit note . But now he refuse to give me that amount . Please let me know to file complain .
