Consumer Redressal

Hi, I have a big tv connection - a/c no 200736276372. For the past few days except for a few channels, I am not able to view most of the subscribed channels - Tried contacting the customer care no but to no avail. Either u r kept on hold or gets disconnected Finally got connected - Pooornima (service rep). I had to explain her few times to make her understand that this is happening since last few days and I am able to view other channels. THen she acknowledged that it is a technical issue and she cant do anything.Then she agreed to send a technician for which I would be changred 175 Rs. This was ridciulous since the technical issue is at the service provider side and why should it be charged to customer. She asked me to speak with her supervisor and asked me to hold the line.. However she just disconnected the line. . In delay from the service provider side, as a customer can we take any action or are we at the mercy of these service providers. Please assist. Thanks.
