Consumer Redressal

Purchased full bread of PERFECT BAKERY on 2nd July 2013. When my wife open the packet next day morning found hard stones, cement, ceremic tiles pieces and lot more dirty things in the bread. Also we immediately complaint to the store from where we bought the bread so that he should also become cautious before selling the bread to the other clients and should call the agency and complaint. Indra Complex Industrial Area Tigon road old faridabad In view of the above i would like to draw your attention towards the hazardious products being sold in the open market which in turn can have the far reaching implications on the consumer who in good faith buys and consumes this proudct on a regular basis. This clearly shows the complete negligence on the part of the concerned departments which is totally contrary to the principle of the welfare of consumers and clearly falls in the four corners of Consumer Protection Act - 1986. With this complaint i immediately advise the concern departments to immediately take the steps and insure that no such pratice come in negligence would take place for all the times to come on future as it is the life of the consumer which is at stake at the cost of your internal negligence and the reasons best known to you. You are advised to immediately take the prompt action and revert on this complaint on the reciept of this complaint at your end failing which i shall be constraint to initiate proper action as per the rights given to the consumer in its full spirit.
