Consumer Redressal

I placed an order on 4-August-2012 and after 5 days (last Friday) when I followed up with the Customer Care department, they said the order will be delivered on that very day (as Saturdays and Sundays are not taken into account). Today after two days, the order is still not delivered. I called up the Customer Care department again and requested to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor assured me that my order will be delivered on Wednesday and said that she will also send me a confirmation mail right away. It\'s been three hours from that time that I did not receive any confirmation email from the Jabong team. I again called up the Jabong team and spoke to some body called Shambhu Sharan Roy and now he says that the product was seized by the Kolkata police and and they will update me about the order status within 48 hours. He constantly kept on speaking about refunds, which again was not the solution to the problem. I am at a loss here and clueless as to how I should proceed with t
