Consumer Redressal

This is to bring to your notice regarding my Vodafone Number - 9899998576. I had activated the internet plan by dialing *444*5# and was told that the internet would be valid for 24 hours. Later, after using the internet for about 2-3 hours I received a notification that the balance is ZERO. I then called the help line number at 198 and was told by Mr. Lalit Kumar and Sunil Kumar that our server had a problem because of which you might have not received a message. Please look into the case very seriously as it is clearly your servers fault and miss communication by your colleagues.
