I have bought a Digital Set Top Box from Vishal Cable Network, Armapur Estate, Kanpur-208009 on 25th may 2013. The following complaint are listed below:
(1) I asked several times to Vishal cable network to install set top box but till 10th june 2013, Service provider does not come to install Set Top Box.
(2) on 11th june service provider come to install set top box and he said that your set top box is not working properly and said that it will be replaced as soon as possible but till 03rd july 2013 set top box has not replaced.
