My self Dayal singh & my enrolment no is 050270103516.i have passed the senior secondary exams of 2012, but i didnot received markseet from till the time, i request to the NIOS many time but they didn\'t give any response thats why my one year is destroyed bcs all colleges was closed the addmission, so please tak a legal action against him
