I bought a Karbon mobile few days ago shopkeeper told me its a fantastic 3G phone,the phone was damaged,nextday i went back to them and they changed it also and given me a new phone..now this phone also has the same problem + its a not a 3G phone as when i wanted to access internet it wasnt working upon asking to my service provider they confirmed that i cant avail 3G facility as the phone i am using does not support 3G. i again went back to shop & explained the whole thing..they said you come tmorrow our sales guy is on leave today..next day he asked his man who told in front of him that he did not said any 3G word..then he said you come tomorrow..we will see the footage of CCTV & decide accordingly..next day he said our footage got deleted from here..now i will have to ask it from HO which is in noida..come another day..next day he said why you keep coming everyday....video footage not yet come...next day he said pls go to service station as we can only help you within 48 hr of sale.
