The complainant submits that he is a Trader of Electronic goods. He booked a 3kg parcel vide Airway Bill No.1001194216 dt.24.12.2012 containing Wii video game worth Rs.8500/- via Franch Express Network, Old #28, New No.32, Wallers Road, Mount Road, Chennai-600002. (Pudupet branch). THe PArcel is misplaced by the Courier people. The Courier is not paying the cost of item / compensation. Apart from that they are threatning me.
