The complainant booked a 3kg parcel vide Airway Bill No.1001194216 dt.24.12.2012 containing Wii video game worth Rs.8500/- via Franch Express Network, Old #28, New No.32, Wallers Road, Mount Road, Chennai-600002. (Pudupet branch). But the courier has misplaced Parcel, not paying for cost of item/ compensation, inspite of repeated visits. Pls look into the matter and guide us
