Consumer Redressal

I have purchased Split AC of Haier company in 2009 & after one season problem of cooling started. then I register complain in the haier customer care, their representative came & uninstall the AC to solve the issue, he find that FAN MOTOR was not workin well. Than he committed us to reinstall the Fan Motor with in 10 days. But then he never contacted us and the UNINSTALLED laid on the floor for next 2-3 years then in April 2013 I agian registerd the complain & the men from service centre came n told me to \"leave the AC at service centre\" and I did the same but again they dont contacted us and they even didnt give us the receiving document of AC. & then I visited their centre but that doesnt work, they told me to leave my number there, but they agian dont contacted me. now few days back i called the tollfree number but they said that they have closed the complain, and told me to register new comlain, and I registered new complain and till day they didnt contacted me. PLZ help me
