Consumer Redressal

I have taken Sarve Shakti Suraksha policy from Bajaj Allianz through Citi Bank, when i took the policy the terms and conditions (charges, validity, service tax on premium, etc) were not disclosed.After taking the policy there has been no communication about the policy, and premium statements from either Citi Bank or Bajaj Allianz, i did receive a single document from them. Which doesn’t tell about terms and condition, after days of research and search I found this link from Baja Allianz’s website http://www.bajajallianz.com/Corp/content/Group/SarveShaktiSuraksha.pdf? Which precisely tells 5% of first years net premium will be deducted towards policy surrender before maturity. The premium is being deducted automatically from my salary accounts. When I enquired about canceling the policy, to which they said concerned team or person will get back, I did receive a call and the person said that I will be charged 24-25% of my first years net premium, the information is not there in my policy
