Consumer Redressal

I had enrolled for 15 kg weight loss package with vlcc Whitefield in april,\'12 and was told that the loss happens in 3 to 5 months. But even after a year I have not lost any weight. They told me that it was my mistake that I didn\'t choose the right package so they changed which they didn\'t implement. Now when I am asking for refund they are refusing they are insisting that I take beauty package which I don\'t want. Now they have stopped answering my calls. Please help getting my 15000 INR back.
