I purchased online one car stereo for rs 729/- from shoppingmantra.com (order id 56784183 dt 19-06-2013). the product received is not ass per specs shown on website. it is also old rusted and broken and does not have any cash memo in it. I want refund and compensation for this mental harassment. pl suggest what to do.
