Complaint #1551 — DYNA ROOF PVT LTD

Dear Sir/Madam,
We have taken the Marine transit policy from Tata AIG GIC Ltd having policy numbers 0840011206 and 0840010807.
Further to inform you that after receiving the policy copy, we have given a written letter for doing some necessary correction on policy terms of cover and also removing some general exclusion points like \"Excluding loss arising from rust oxidation discoloration howsoever caused.\" It is however noted that the exclusion in the policy remain exist and they have not deleted the same.
Now, there has been a claim to our insured properties, the material which has been despatch from JSW Steel Coated Product Ltd, Nagpur to our Factory found damage some materials due to heavy rainfall.
The TATA AIG marine claim dept.is not releasing the claim amount and saying the subject loss would fall within the policy exclusion, which we have applied earlier to make in changes on exclusion.
Please help us for settling claim process.
