MY CUSTOMER ID IS 62467663.I HAVE REPLACED MY SMART CARD ANDD THE SERVICE ENGINEER CHARGED RS.325 FROME ME. HE DIDN\'T EVEN CREDITED MY ACCOUNT AND INSTEAD OF THAT HE DEDUCTED RS.325 TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT SO MANT TIMES AND THEY REGISTERED ONLY TWICE.the complaint numbers are 172656059 and 171427470.
still the issue is not resolved.
