I am really disappointed by SONY\'s Authorized Service Centre Gurgaon in Old DLF Colony for not getting responses on my Job J30851699 dtd May 17. Most of the time they dont pick up the phone. At times: IT IS HAPPENING. AT other times: WE DONT KNOW. Call centre of SONY is always busy - we keep it holding for 15-20-30 min and then it gets disconnected. What can one do? HELP
