All the shopkeepers in Bangalore are charging more price for milk than MRP printed on the packet. The reason they are telling that the extra price is to cover the refrigeration cost. But excess price is charging for the packets not kept in fridge too. The authorities should take this issue seriously and punish those who are charging more than MRP
