Hi Sir/Madam,
I am staying in rented house adugodi bangalore.I planning to shift to new location in bangalore.I gave notice to owner 15 Days for vacating the house.But he is not agreeing with the point and telling us to pay 2 months rental +painting charges before vacating the house.Please suggest .I need help .
