Consumer Redressal

Complaint against Tatasky who after 2 weeks has still not fixed my DTD connection on account of relocation. What\'s more concerning is without even fixing the issue they have charged me! I need to go heavily against the company for this pathetic service and taking consumer for granted. All my calls to the call centre was useless. They have untrained personnels not knowing even to resolve simple queries of the customer. My mail written to the nodal officer has no reply.
