Sir,
This is to inform that I have been requesting for the final payment of Provident fund balance of my deceased husband Late Manoj Bhattacharya for the last 28 years. My husband who was working as Officer on Special Duty at the Directorate of Technical Education, Kolkata, expired on 2nd June, 1987. After much follow up though I have got the Gratuity & Pension but till date after 28 years I have not received the PF amount. I am attaching the letter sent to me in 2008 (after 21 years of my husband's demise). Though I had completed all the formalities till date I have not received the dues (hard earned money)of my late husband. As I am going through lot of financial hardships kindly help me in getting my husband's dues as early as possible.
