Hi, I had purchased 2 voice SIM and 2 data SIM for traveling to Europe from Clay Telecom.They had agreed to provide the Voice Plan on INR 3400/- All inclusive and voice on actuals. Post my return they have billed me twice for the same transaction as well as have charged me extra on the data plan. I have been writing and calling them to refund the amount taken from my credit card but not getting any response from them. People keep promising to sort out the issue but nothing has happened till now. All necessary details can be provided in terms of e-mails and SMS received from them.
