My LPG connection under Consumer No.12335 with Indane was surrendered with M/s Maiahr Gas Agency, Maihar, Distt. Satna (MP) on 4.8.2015 as I have got another Connection with Bharatgas under Consumer NO.85557 in Kerala State which I want to retain. Even after 20 days, the same has not been cleared and my name is still shown under Multiple connection.
