I had ordered two pairs of shoes from Street Style Store an online shopping portal vide order no. RZBQPHOCP amounting to Rs. 999/- placed on 19th June 2015 and paid for the same via credit card. Since i wanted to exchange the size of the shoes, which was allowed free of charge as per their website www.streetstylestore.com, I sent the same back through their pickup system and sent via e-mail the exchange receipt to prove the return. pursuant to such return i have addressed several mails asking the status of the exchange.It is to be noted that i have not received any response regarding the status of my return. since i have already paid the money and did not receive the shoes. I have called the SSS on the no. given on their website several times but i have received no response. I now approach the forum to remedy the situation.
