Sir, On 25.07.15 as per requirement I given Rs 13000/- in advance to the owner of Shree Jewellers situated at Raniganj Bazar Dist Burdwan, (W.B) ordered for making a gold locket value Rs 26550/-, date of delivery was on 20.08.15. As per agreement on 20.08.15 I tried to contact owner of the shree Jewellars through Ph no 0341-2449015 which is given in Estimate bill, but the phone number is out of order, so I went to the said Jewellery to collect the same. But the owner told me that the Locket is not ready position, you will come on 23.08.15. As such on 23.08.15 I reached at his Jewellery to collect the same, but he demand extra Rs 3000/- total Rs 16500/- instead of 13550/-. Then I denied to taken the same. I lost my valuable times and heard earn money. As my house is so far distance from Raniganj. You are requested to take necessary action in this regard.
